HERC
Lehigh University is a member of the NJ/Eastern PA/DE HERC, a collaborative response to the challenges of academic recruitment and retention and is specifically geared toward finding effective ways to assist the partners/spouses of faculty and staff to secure employment and to address issues of faculty and staff diversity.
Headquartered at Princeton University, HERC members include a range of colleges and universities. A vital aspect of the HERC is the Web-based search engine that includes faculty and staff job listings at all member institutions.
