COACHE Faculty Job Satisfaction Survey
The Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education (COACHE) at the Harvard Graduate School of Education is a research-practice partnership and network of peer institutions dedicated to improving outcomes in faculty recruitment, development, and retention.
Lehigh University faculty took part in the COACHE Faculty Job Satisfaction Survey in spring 2017 and spring 2022.
The results of the survey are very detailed and include comparisons with “peer” institutions selected from the list of COACHE survey participants.
