What We Do
The office of the Deputy Provost for Faculty Affairs (DPFA) assists faculty at all stages of their careers at Lehigh, from hiring, through tenure and promotion, to retiring. The Faculty Affairs team works with the Faculty Senate, college and department leadership, and others on campus to develop and revise faculty policies and procedures. We provide programming, professional development, and other resources as part of Lehigh’s commitment to attracting, supporting, and retaining an excellent and diverse faculty.
